Finally, the doctor performing the procedure will apply a numbing cream to the area around the clitoris and the upper wall of the vagina. The extracted PRP is injected here. In some cases, a patient may briefly feel a slight stinging or burning sensation. In other cases, patients report feeling no pain at all.
The entire O Shot® procedure usually takes about 20 minutes, and patients do not experience any downtime — after receiving the treatment, they can immediately go back to their regular activities. Patients may experience some redness and swelling for up to a week after the procedure.
