I have been with Dr. Lucia and Juan Chavez for more than 5years now. I am so happy and grateful for all the help they did to my health. Their office/clinic is very thorough and dedicated to the health of their patients. I am also so grateful with JZ too she’s an amazing health coach and motivator for me. Thank you so much OMG!!!

I joined OMG based on the great results my wife achieved under their management. From the first interaction to the most recent the entire staff is the best there is in the medical field. Friendly, supportive and highly communicative. The level of medical care is unheard of locally and OMGs cutting edge technology is truly next level. I signed up for the full work up, it revealed that I was boarder-line in nearly all of the metabolic parameters…pre diabetic, pre hypertensive and high cholesterol, not to mention obese. Under Dr. Chávez’s guidance and support from JZ (trainer and dietitian) I’ve lost 30lbs in 5 months, my labs are clean and I feel the best I’ve felt in years. OMG is the real deal.

Between Dr.Lucia Mireles-Chavez, her staff, and Jenn Zerling of JZ Fitness, all assisting me with my personal health and weight loss goals, I’ve managed to lose the weight I wanted to lose and keep it off by incorporating a healthy, common sense diet plan with regular exercise and bio identical hormones. I feel healthier than I ever have before and in more control of my life.

Dr. Chavez runs a very tight clinic. I’ve had many questions regarding my hormones and he was able to provide me with a comprehensive evaluation as to where I need to take my treatment. He’s got a fabulous fitness and nutritionist on staff JZ and her advice has been extraordinary. I’ve been taking the supplement regimen for weight management and optimal hormone levels and I feel my best for late forties!

Started with the hormone program, joined the weight loss program almost a year ago and upped to the full service about 6 months ago. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Juan and Dr. Lucia and all the staff. I am down 45 pounds, in the best health and shape of my life. I am so grateful. A person who I referred also joined and after the full checkup, they discovered cancer cells. All is good, but thankful for them finding. Highly recommended!!!!

Great experience with Dr. Chavez, the OMG team and JZ! I learned some pretty critical things about myself and my health and am working the path that was set up for me. Dr. Juan’s recommendations have completely lowered some scary BP readings down to normal. JZ has been great on the fitness and diet end and she’s all over it. Great to have instant contact with everyone. Feeling great and seeing serious results medically and physically. The team at Optimal Medical Group is extraordinary. I was unable to sleep for years and with the help of their lifestyle counselor JZ along with their medical intervention, I feel so good, I'm sleeping and I am functioning much clearer at work.
Getting a hold of your doctor isn't easy. And getting on their schedule is even more challenging. With the concierge service at OMG, the doctor gets back to me within a day. The level of service I receive from both Doctors and JZ is exceptional and extremely helpful!
Since I started going to Dr Chavez I have noticed a huge change in my overall health both physical and mental. He is always available if I have questions or need something.
Dr Chavez is a great Doctor. Already recommended OMG to several friends. Great attention to detail and follow up. They really care about the patient. JZ their nutritionist and fitness trainer is excellent as well. She picks up on the little things and is a great person to have on the team. With so many age management practices to choose from, I choose OMG because I know they take the time to get to know you and provide you with what you need. They have an amazing nutritionist/fitness expert, great doctors and a robust aesthetics menu from Morpheus 8 to Botox. They even have my myers cocktail! I love this place and the staff that works there!
Dr. Chaves saved my life. My regular Dr. had overlooked a heart problem for years. Dr. Juan found it. A week later I had a stent put in and now I feel great. If after a few months I feel this much better I can't wait to see where I am in a year. The team at OMG is second to none. I'm here for life and it looks like it's going to be a long healthy one.
